About
The Tredela story
Tredela was born out of the words “The Real Deal Adventure”.
A group of adventure motorcycle riders used to meet to provide charity services to less-advantaged communities around the country. At every event the riders chose a serene spot to set up camp. The experience was so rejuvenating that they invited like-minded riders to join, and as the group grew it registered formally so its work could make a lasting difference to the communities it served.
When COVID-19 lockdowns cut off the movement of much-needed supplies, we loaded what we could onto our bikes and rode out to remote communities, camping in the countryside. Our mission was simple: to help others and enjoy the journey. When normal life resumed, many riders returned to work or new passions. For Tredela, the passion became holistic mental well-being.
Registered and accredited
Counselling
Registered by the Ministry of Health as a counselling facility. Our counsellors are registered with the Counselling and Psychologists Board.
Mediation
Our mediators are court-accredited by the Judiciary and trained as Certified Professional Mediators.
Recreation
Experienced in corporate and personal team building, boot camps, hikes and outdoor activities across the country.
Our team
Tredela CMRC is led by our Chief Executive Officer, supported by the heads of our Counselling, Mediation and Recreation departments, our own staff and a nationwide network of well-trained associates who share the Tredela work culture.
